Course Description

This 8-hour course is designed for the new handgun shooter. Topics include the fundamentals of marksmanship, how to safely operate and maintain your handgun and how to use your chosen handgun to achieve combat accuracy on a given target.

This course can be taken with whatever handgun you choose to carry or utilize.

At the conclusion of this class, the student will demonstrate proficiency in basic pistol handling and engaging individual and multiple targets at various distances while utilizing their chosen handgun. This course will be conducted in an outdoor setting, which may occur during times of inclement weather.

  • Additional appropriate gear for the season (rain jacket, etc.)
